Event Information
Join us as we will celebrate O’tis a Festival on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 9 AM – 3 PM.
Enjoy handmade creations from local artisans, all-day entertainment, children’s activities & Santa! We can’t wait to see you! Free admission. Celebrity Parking Attendants will direct you to free parking.
Vendor spaces are sold out and no longer available. We can’t wait for you to meet our amazing artisans at this year’s festival!

9 AM: Doors Open with all-day activities!
Shop handmade products from 55+ local artisans
Food and beverage available just outside our library doors from Daddy Doggies and Ta’ Deliciozo Food Truck
Educational display of rocks, minerals, fossils, and Native American artifacts presented by the Thames Valley Rockhounds and the Lapidary and Mineral Club of Central Connecticut
Pick up a free Take & Make Craft
- Try your luck at our scavenger hunt throughout the library and win a prize
- Stop by our gift wrapping station (donations encouraged)
- Participate in our raffle (available until 2:30 PM)
9 AM: Norwich Technical High School Concert Chorus performs in the Atrium
9 AM – 9:45 AM: The Grinch can be found causing mischief around the festival
9:45 AM – 10:30 AM: Support Otis Library by purchasing a $5 printed photo with the Grinch (new this year!)
10:15 AM: Crow & Cauldron Witch Dancers perform in the Atrium
10:40 AM: Gather in the Children’s Department with Ms. Melanie for a story before Santa’s big arrival
11 AM – 1 PM: Santa arrives for photos and wishes! Support Otis Library by purchasing a $5 printed photo with Santa (new this year!)
11 AM: Mystic Garland Dancers perform in the Atrium
12 PM: Pat Kirker performs in the Atrium
1 PM: International Dance Academy performs in the Atrium
1:30 PM: Feisty Four Stringers perform in the Atrium
2:15 PM: Raffle closes
2:30 PM: Raffle winners are announced
3 PM: Festival Closes
