Otis Library is dedicated to providing the best service to our community. To do so, we are developing a new strategic plan. Help us grow by sharing your feedback in a survey or community conversation. The survey will be open through November 16. Participants who include their email addresses will be entered to win a $50 gift card. The prize winner will be announced on November 20. Thank you for your participation!

Wednesday, Oct. 23, 7 PM – 8 PM at the First Haitian Baptist Church (356 Central Ave in Norwich)
