Meeting Spaces
Otis Library has four meeting spaces for public use. Certain restrictions apply. Please review the room use policy and complete the online application form. The application form is to be completed by the contact person for your organization. If you have any questions, please call (860) 889-2365, ext. 124.
Community Room
The Community Room, located on the second floor, has a capacity of 128, depending on the configuration. It comfortably fits 80 in assembly-style seating. The Community Room is available to nonprofit organizations and community groups for meetings or programs that are cultural, educational, recreational, or civic in nature.
Meeting Room
The Meeting Room has a capacity of 18 seated around a square configuration of tables. Projection equipment is available for presentations. The Meeting Room is available to nonprofit organizations and community groups for meetings or programs that are cultural, educational, recreational, or civic in nature.
Study Rooms
Two Study Rooms, located on the first floor, are also available. Each room has a capacity of 4. To reserve a Study Room, please book online or call the Front Desk at (860) 889-2365 and press 0.
